Bureau of Land Management National Training Center

The National Training Center's (NTC) mission is, "To sustain the health and productivity of the public lands through education, information and training." The NTC maintains a reputation of excellence as a National Center for Training in land use planning and management, and is efficient and effective in meeting the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) training priorities and needs.

The BLM National Employee Development Division and program are based at the BLM National Training Center in Phoenix, Arizona. With a staff of 71 full and part-time employees along with a network of over 550 adjunct instructors, the program maintains a reputation for excellence in training and adult education through developing and delivering innovative and more cost effective approaches to training the BLM's workforce and leadership.
