Microsoft Learning (MSL) was created in 2004 by combining Training & Certification and MS Press to support all major business groups and audiences globally. Our Product portfolio includes Instructor-led Training (MOC), MS Press, e-Learning, e-Reference, Virtual Labs, Learning Plans, Learning Snacks, Virtual Classrooms, Certifications, Assessments, etc. Over the last decade, we have provided IT training and knowledge to some 36 million IT professionals and 15 million developers globally, engaging the largest certified IT trainer community in the world and supporting the largest worldwide IT training partner channel and Microsoft IT Academies. Over 2.5 million unique Certified Professionals (MCP) have completed a total of over 4.6 million technical Microsoft Certifications since inception of the program, and over 2 million unique IW Experts (Microsoft Office Specialist) have completed a total of over 4.3 million Office Certifications since inception of the IW certification program. MSL creates all certification programs that are being used as basis for the MSPP competencies.
