Our Chili's management curriculum, was created to prepare Managers to effectively run a shift while ensuring restaurant success. We use a blended learning curriculum which allows for a consistent message to be delivered on critical points and allows our trainers to focus on the hands-on aspects of training. Our curriculum is broken down into modules which focus on development for Managers, skill gaps they don't already possess or need for their role, allowing training time to focus on where the student needs it most.
