Our Chili's Management Curriculum, Running the Show, was created to prepare Managers to effectively run a shift ensuring restaurant success. We use a blended learning curriculum which allows for a consistent message to be delivered on critical points and allow our trainers to focus on the hands-on aspects of training. Our curriculum is broken down into modules which focus development for Managers on skill gaps they don't already possess or need for their role, allowing training time to focus on where the student needs it most.

Source of Official Student Records: All online test records are maintained in our secure online Learning Center, including name of student, date of test(s), type of assessment, and score. All hands-on skill assessments and practical exercises are evaluated in the restaurant and scores are secured in the restaurant's office.

How Examination Results Are Reported: Upon completion of the online scenario/decision based final exam candidates will immediately be informed as to whether they passed the exam. This is a pass or fail exam, a 100% score is required to pass.

Retake Policy: If the student needs to retake the exam, they will be allowed a maximum of 3 retakes.
