HoHoKus Hackensack School of Business and Medical Science
The HoHoKus-Hackensack School of Business and Medical Sciences, formerly known as The American Business Academy, is located in Hackensack, New Jersey and was established in 1969. Our certificate and diploma programs in business, computer applications, licensed practical nursing, medical assisting, and medical billing and coding range from 4 to 28 months of practical, intensive and job-oriented training.
The mission of the HoHoKus Hackensack School of Business and Medical Sciences is to prepare students with the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify for challenging positions in business, industry and the medical environment in the shortest possible time. Emphasis is placed on personalized instruction. Our curricula are constantly re-evaluated to assure they meet the changing needs of employers. Training is designed to develop analytical problem-solving skills, mature levels of conduct, attitudes, values and habits required for career advancement.
The HoHoKus Hackensack School of Business and Medical Sciences is licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Education and accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
