Located in the Executive Campus, ACE’s inaugural Expert Consultation Center presents an opportunity for companies seeking private meeting space to conduct consultative sessions with current and prospective clients. Expert Consultation Center private meeting rooms are based on a 10’ x 15’ footprint and include:
• One small conference table
• Four chairs
• One wastebasket
• Listing in the Expert Consultation Center Guide, shared with attendees one month prior to the Annual Meeting to help them schedule meetings with ECC participants in advance
• Display shelf for collateral materials on the external wall of assigned room, if desired

ACE requires a nonrefundable deposit of 50% percent of the total booth or Expert Consultation Center space with the submission of the contract; the balance is due by January 9, 2015. All space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority going to members of ACE’s Alliance Program. ACE will make every effort to provide exhibitors with their first choice; however, if this is not possible, we will assign a proximate or equivalent space.
